Ghislaine Lemay has personally facilitated sessions, in Canada and Bermuda, for thousands of people and addressed audiences as a speaker in the areas of Professional Selling, Building Client Relationships, Leadership and Communication Skills, Team Building, Time Management and Career Planning. She is now focusing her attention on human performance improvement and strategic planning in addition to her training and development activities.
Ghislaine has been designing, facilitating and evaluating training programmes since 1981. She holds a B.A. from McGill University and a Diploma in Instructional Technology from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada. Prior to coming to Bermuda in 1993, she worked as Training and Development Manager and Senior Training Consultant for Sun Life of Canada for 8 years and Canadian Marconi Company, for 4 years.
She was the Professional Development Manager at Trimingham's from 1994 to 1998. She now has her own company, Lemay Consulting Services, and provides consulting and training services to local companies and not-for-profit organisations.

Ghislaine was associated with a Canadian firm (Key Learning Group) and has conducted programmes for them at Bombardier Aerospace, Electrosonic, Philips Electronics, Ryder Transportation, State Street and Daimler/Chrysler.
Ghislaine is President of Cloverdal Limited, a condominium company. She currently serves on two not-for-profit boards: Friends of Hospice and WindReach Bermuda. She is a member of the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI), the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) and The Business and Professional Women Association (BPW– Bermuda).
Ghislaine loves languages and is fluent in French, English and Spanish.
